RETURN POLICY

  • Items may be returned up to 30 days after the date of purchase for full refund or up to 45 days for an exchange.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, all tags must be attached, in original packaging and condition, and shipped within 7 days of initiating the return.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • International orders are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S):

Our return process is all electronic. To complete your return, simply complete these steps:

1. Visit your account.

2. Enter your order information.

3. Select the item(s) you would like to return and select if you prefer an exchange, refund, or store credit. If requesting a return for a refund, you will be liable for the cost of the return shipping label provided in our return portal.

4. Once completed you will be issued a printable return label, via email, within 24 hours.

5. Pack up your folded items with original tags attached in the packing it was sent in and be sure to include your invoice. Items that don't meet this standard may be subject to an $8 restocking fee.

6. Drop off at the designated shipping carrier within 7 days of initiating the return or the return / exchange becomes void and is no longer able to be processed. To re-initiate your cancelled return, email us at info@devereuxgolf.com.

RETURN PACKAGES

  • Returns must be dropped off at the designated shipping carrier within 7 days of initiating the return or the return / exchange becomes void and therefore will not be processed

  • Refunds and exchanges are typically processed on Fridays and may take up to 10 business days from arrival to our facility to be processed. 

  • Upon receipt of returned goods, Do Good Golf reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet Do Good Golf’s shipping and returns policy requirements. Returns that arrive and are not in original condition may be refused and if accepted, will be subject to an $8 restocking fee.
